Research On The Restoration Of City Image In Crisis Events

In the highly "media" society,the city image is of great strategic significance.When a crisis happens,the image of a city is often damaged.How to repair the image of a city has become a very urgent practical problem.Because people often pay attention to the city image in the period of crisis and neglect the city image in the period of restoration,such a concept is not conducive to the construction of the city image.Based on the understanding of restoration theory,this paper aims to study the urban image restoration,especially in the face of crisis events,the restoration link should be integrated into the overall framework of urban image building.City image restoration from the concept to action is exactly the key to the city.Combined with the typical case of "sky-high shrimp" in Qingdao,this paper analyzes the experience and lessons of the government,media and society in the process of urban image restoration,so as to provide a feasible plan for urban image restoration affected by crisis events in the future.
