Research On Kang Youwei's Thought Of Autonomy

Kang Youwei's position as an important thinker in the modern history of China is beyond doubt.In the late 19 th century and early 20 th century,the special period of the transformation of the Times,"Saving lives" is the first issue that every advanced intellectual must ponder.Kang Youwei,as the representative of the advanced intellectuals at that time,also put forward his own theory of National salvation under the background of the times at that time.Kang Youwei has contributed a very unique sample of ideas to us,and its idea of autonomy is one of them.In the process of seeking the balance between historical rationality and realistic necessity in the framework of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign,Kang Youwei formed the idea of systematic autonomy including the theoretical analysis of citizen autonomy,local autonomy and central local relations.Based on the study of Kang Youwei's autonomy thought,this paper mainly expounds from the following four parts:The first part,the Kang Youwei for the formation of the idea of autonomy to expound.First of all,the background analysis of the Times,the late Qing Dynasty and the early days of the times to provide a feasibility.Secondly,it provides the necessary conditions for the analysis of the formation condition,the input of the western democratic political theory in the late Qing Dynasty and Kang Youwei's own life experience.Finally,the paper analyzes the formation process of Kang Youwei as the thought of autonomy,in this process,Kang Youwei seeks enrichment and development for his autonomy thought in the theoretical framework of ancient and modern.The second part analyzes the connotation of Kang Youwei for the thought of autonomy.First of all,the idea of "citizen autonomy" is expounded.First,the "citizen" system as the main body of autonomy,and then carried out a specific system design.Secondly,it expounds the thought of "local autonomy".As the political basis of "citizen autonomy","local autonomy" is carried out on the premise of centralization,and it is implemented concretely through "township autonomy".Finally,the idea of autonomy in Kang Youwei's Datong book is expounded.Based on Kang Youwei's theory of Evolution,in Datong book,its "autonomy" doctrine is accompanied by the demise of national boundaries and the prosperity of civil rights to elaborate.The third part,carries on the comparative study to Kang Youwei and Sun Yat-sen's autonomy thought.First of all,the theoretical basis of the autonomy thought of Kang Youwei and Sun Yat-sen is analyzed.Through the analysis of the civil rights view of Kang Youwei and Sun Yat-sen and the theory of Central local relations.Secondly,it expounds the autonomous forms of Kang Youwei and Sun Yat-sen "township autonomy" and "sub-countyautonomy".Part IV,the evaluation of Kang Youwei's autonomy thought.First of all,analyze the influence of Kang Youwei's self-governing thought.Secondly,Kang Youwei is analyzed for the rationality of the idea of autonomy.Kang Youwei is reasonable in the establishment of civil society and the analysis of related problems in the construction of modern nation-state.Finally,it analyzes the limitation of Kang Youwei for the idea of autonomy.This paper expounds the limitations of Kang Youwei's "Citizen Autonomy" and "local autonomy".
