Since the 21 st century,the age structure of our population has changed significantly,the aging of the population has accelerated,the social flow has increased,and the family model has constantly changed.The "empty nest elderly" has aroused people's attention.As a special vulnerable group,empty nest old people face many problems in all aspects: empty nest old people have limited ability to solve problems themselves,and it is easy to feel powerless;Without children to accompany life for a long time,it is easy to feel lonely and lonely;Limited social interaction,lack of effective external support and other issues.In order to solve the problems faced by the empty nest old people,it is very important to enhance the resilience of the empty nest old people.The improvement of resistance is also to improve the ability of the empty nest old people to resist setbacks and difficulties.As a social hardship group,the improvement of the ability of the empty nest old people to resist difficulties and setbacks can effectively help them adapt to society and participate in social interaction,and enjoy happy old age.Through the analysis of the survey data,the author believes that improving the resilience of the empty nest elderly,effectively improving their own ability and improving their environmental system can effectively solve the various problems faced by the empty nest elderly people at this stage and meet their multiple needs.The author's research object is the empty nest old people in C community of Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone.Using the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the empty nest old people in C community were investigated and studied.Ten young people in the area were selected and their children were all in the area.Set up a group of empty nest old people in the field.Using Maslow's demand theory,superiority perspective theory,social support theory,and resistance theory design to carry out 8 group activities: You and I are new to each other,We Chat contacts you and me,and your story is listening to me,brainstorming and solving problems.There is always something to do in the empty nest,volunteering to warm people's hearts,health accompanied by love,food in the neighborhood.Through the intervention of the empty nest elderly and the external environment,it provides professional services for the 10 empty nest elderly in the C community.In the group activities,through sharing,interaction,mutual support,linking resources,etc.,to enhance the resilience of the empty nest elderly,restore social functions,improve social adaptability,and meet the needs of the elderly from many angles.The practice proves that the group's intervention has significant effect on improving the resilience of the empty nest elderly,coping with the life problems of the empty nest elderly,and meeting the multiple needs of the empty nest elderly.In the process of practical application,the group work can effectively intervene in the crisis of the old age of the empty nest elderly,reach social workers 'help,serve the clients themselves,and actively promote peer mutual assistance and social assistance.Improve the resilience of the empty nest old people,so that they have the ability to solve difficulties and setbacks,and they can actively face their later years and realize their own values.
