In The New Era, The Culture Of The Rule Of Law Is Cultivated And Practiced Under The Vision Of Socialist Core Values

The rule of law culture is the core spirit of comprehensively advancing the rule of law advocated by the CPC central committee,which reflects the practical requirements of building a socialist country under the rule of law and has a relatively stable,lasting and far-reaching impact on people's ideology and value orientation.Cultivating and practicing socialist core values of rule of law culture construction in the new era is the cultural foundation of the construction of a country ruled by law and the basic project of the construction of China ruled by law.As a cultural pattern,the culture of rule of law must have its core values,which should fully embody the advanced socialist culture and the connotation of socialist core values.However,due to the comprehensive effect of various factors,there are some outstanding problems in the process of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of the rule of law culture construction,such as value tearing and lack of cohesion.Therefore,the core task of the construction of rule of law culture in the new era is to enhance the majority of the people's recognition of the value of rule of law culture.This paper attempts to take the socialist core values as the starting point,study the content,status quo and implementation path of the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era,so as to realize the benign interaction between cultivating and practicing the socialist core values and the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era.This paper is mainly analyzed from the following four aspects:The first part mainly studies the necessity of cultivating and practicing socialist core values in the new era.The core socialist values and the construction of rule of law culture have inherent unity,both have theoretical connotation of relevance,cultural nature and the consistency of value orientation,the two complement each other,closely linked,unified in the construction of socialist civilization under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.On the one hand,the cultivation and practice of socialist core values can lead the construction of rule of law culture.The socialist core values establish the basic connotation,value goal and value orientation of China's rule of law culture,and provide value identification and social consensus for the construction of rule of law culture.On the other hand,the construction of legal culture can also promote the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.The socialist rule of law culture with Chinese characteristics is the important embodiment of socialist core values,it enriches the value connotation of socialist core values,to enhance the value of socialist core values,to provide legal support for the socialist core values,the importance of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values.The second part mainly studies the content of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of the rule of law culture construction in the new era.First,to build a socialist core values as the core of the spirit of the rule of law culture,and strive to cultivate a rational spirit of the rule of law to achieve the internalization and activation of the socialist core values,including the construction of the cultural value system of the rule of law and the cultivation of socialist awareness of the rule of law,the rule of law thinking,ideas,beliefs.Second,we will build a culture of rule of law with socialist core values at its core,including improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and its operational mechanisms.Third,we should build a culture of law-based behavior with socialist core values as the core,including regulating the law-based behavior of state organs and citizens.Fourth,we should build a legal environment and culture with socialist core values as the core,including establishing a reasonable legal publicity and education system and building a legal environment and culture with the people as the center.The third part mainly studies the current situation of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of the rule of law culture in China.This paper mainly discusses the achievements of China's rule of law culture in the construction of rule of law culture centering on the content of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of rule of law culture,including the unprecedented recognition of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of rule of law spirit culture and the unprecedented improvement of the national awareness of rule of law.The complete legal system and the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system provide an important institutional basis for the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values of the rule of law culture;The legal behavior of state organs and citizens is more and more in line with the requirements of core values.The overall layout of the five-in-one system and the coordinated promotion of the "four comprehensiveness" strategy have created a favorable environment for cultivating and practicing the rule of law culture with socialist core values.On the other hand,it discusses the existing problems and reasons in the process of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values of the rule of law culture construction in China at the present stage,in order to "suit the case" and find solutions to the problems.The fourth part mainly studies the way to cultivate and practice the socialist core values of the rule of law culture construction in the new era.This is the focus of this article.Mainly studies how to realize the core values and the rule of law culture with the combination of concreteness and pertinence paths,mainly including adhere to the leadership of the party,people's autonomy,the unity of the rule of law,adhere to marxism rule of law culture and socialist core values as the direction,to create a new era to foster and practice the socialist core values of the rule of law culture,rich cultural propaganda and the implementation of the path of rule of law,starting fromChina's actual right attitude towards the rule of law culture,and so on at home and abroad.This paper attempts to take the socialist core values as the starting point,study the current situation and content of the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era,in order to realize the benign interaction between cultivating and practicing the socialist core values and the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era.
