| With the development of mobile Internet technology and intelligent technology,the integration of traditional media and emerging media has further deepened,which has promoted the rich development of the connotation of the era of all-media.In the era of all-media,the way of media convergence is fast and comprehensive,which brings great challenges and opportunities to the image of the government.The whole media has broadened the channels for the public to express their appeals to the government,built a bridge for the communication between the government and the public,and created many platforms for displaying the image of the government.However,the falsity of network information,the influence of public opinion and the complexity of public opinion response in the era of all-media have doubled,which brings challenges to the credibility of the government.In the era of all media,the study of government image management has become an urgent issue to be solved.Based on the research background and significance of government image management in the era of all-media,the current research situation at home and abroad and related concepts and theories,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis to illustrate the opportunities and challenges faced by government image management in the era of all-media,as well as the practical exploration of government image management,from the concept design of government image.This paper analyses the problems and reasons of government image management in the era of all-media,explores the countermeasures and suggestions to improve government image in the era of all-media in order to promote the improvement of government image in the era of all-media under the new situation.In the era of all-media,there are some problems in the management of government image,such as the idea of government image does not conform to the characteristics of the times,the achievement of maintaining the performance of government image is not significant,and the mode of disseminating government image and the lagging time limit,among which the reasons deserve consideration and analysis.In the era of all-media,government image management should be people-centered,easy to understand in form,easy to disseminate,and adapt to the characteristics of the times in goal.We should strengthen the performance maintenance of the government image,and constantly improve the level of government public management and service by strengthening the administrative ability of public servants,deepening the reform of "putting in custody" and improving the mechanism of government public administration.We shouldestablish and improve the rapid response mechanism,multi-evaluation mechanism,public coercion mechanism and public opinion monitoring mechanism to provide institutional guarantee for government image management.We should constantly improve the level of all-media public relations,strengthen the construction of official all-media platform,guarantee and build new mainstream media,enhance the "integration +" level of government image management in the era of all-media,build the mainstream media communication matrix in an all-round way,and form the resultant force of government image communication.We should formulate rules for the management and operation of the whole media,intensify the investigation and punishment of negative media,and enhance the public’s awareness of participating in the whole media according to law,so as to strengthen the construction of the legal regulations of the whole media,make the construction of the whole media legal,and provide positive support for the construction of the government’s image.Faced with the new situation in the era of all media,the government should take the initiative to deal with it,take active actions,and constantly improve its image management ability and level. |
