Primary and middle school students are the future of the country.Strengthening the law education for young people,so that the majority of primary and secondary school students can develop the habits and behaviors of consciously obeying laws and regulations,discovering problems,and solving problems according to law.This is not only an important part of China's socialist rule of law construction;it is an important part of legal education;it is an important guarantee for realizing all aspects of the rule of law;it is also the fundamental way to improve the law for all.Since the "First-Five Laws" in 1986,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the law education in primary and secondary schools,incorporated the law education into the national education system,and effectively implemented the law education textbooks,class hours,teachers,funds,etc.,and the law education in primary and secondary schools in China has been continuously improved.Meanwhile,some problems still exists.Through using of the three characteristics of online communication-global,interactive and hypertext link methods,this paper invites students,parents and teachers from different cities across the country to participate in the questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of law education in primary and middle schools in China,and through random telephone calls,return visits to confirm the authenticity of the feedback results and describe as comprehensively as possible the status of the law education in primary and secondary schools in China.The questionnaire shows that there are some problems in the law education in Chinese primary and secondary schools,the lack of teachers' legal professionalization,the irrational curriculum,the relatively simple methods of education,the inadequate evaluation system of school's law education,and low levels of social and family involvement.The reason why is China has insufficient understanding of the importantance of the law education,its positioning is not accurate,and it lacks a comprehensive plan for law education,and be short of sound guarantee mechanisms for teachers and educational resources.These problems include long-term and stubborn old problems that have existed for a certain period of time,as well as new problems and new situations that have emerged with the reform of the social and economic system.Both new and old problems have severely restricted and hindered the law in primary and secondary schools.The development ofeducation.Therefore,based on the suggestions of the respondents and the reference to a large number of documents,the author proposes to compile the law education in primary and middle schools,improve the level of law education teachers,improve the overall planning of law education in primary and middle schools,and enrich the law education in primary and middle schools.Ways and means,improving the evaluation system of law education in schools,and scientifically constructing the law education mechanism for primary and secondary schools in which families,schools and society are coordinated.
