Since 1990's,our country has gradually established and improved the advanced management mode of electronic government work,and China has made a lot of beneficial exploration and attempt in the research and development of the government e-government work and management of the grass-roots government.With the rapid development of e-government and information technology in recent years,the concepts of "intelligent city","intelligent community" and "community informatization",etc have been constantly introduced,which is a considerable guiding significance in the development and development of specific e-government work for Liaoyuan City,which is still relatively imperfect in the E-government work at the grass-roots level at the present stage.It is found based on the result that the e-government work of the grass-roots government in Liaoyuan City has some problems,the platform infrastructure is backward,the system construction and management capacity is insufficient,"one-stop" function is not strong,the neglect of information security management,the public participation in politics and political debate consciousness is weak and so on.Based on the domestic and foreign experience in the work of the grass-roots government e-government,and through the field investigation,with the channels of capital input,strengthen supervision and management;Attract professional talents and enrich human resources;Provide "one-stop" service to ensure the efficient operation of e-government;Improve the safety management mechanism;improve online public services based on public demand,according to the advanced practice,the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the E-government work of the grass-roots government in Liaoyuan City from the aspects of perfecting the infrastructure and the construction of the work flow is put forward in the paper.It is devoted to make the exploratory research on the development and application of e-government in the grass-roots government of Liaoyuan City under the environment of informatization,and makes every effort to make a contribution.
