Less Developed Areas Of E-government Development Research

It's one of the most important questions for the policy decision makers in the government to decide how to develop t he e-government affairs effectively in a nation or district. To great extent it decide not only the efficiency and beneficial result of government itself , but also the foundation of legal nature of government political power. Therefore by way of putting into effect the electronic-government affairs, it not only can responses the impact of the information society on the government the validity. The competition between the government led to the direction of a current of each resource in today's globalization, and the government has to face with bigger pressure, and promotes his competes power by way of the electronic-government affairs.As for our country, the electronic-government affairs have just started, and the research is conncentrated at macro-layer at present.It not only needs the research in theory,but also need exploring on the pratice on many aspects. Especially under condition in China now, whether the electronic-government affairs can be realized well or not, the local government is in the utmost importance position on certain meaning.This paper introduces the concept of the E-government and its particularity in China. Discusses the status quo and developing trend of E-government at home and abroad, and compares the difference of China E-government affairs and advanced foreign E-government affairs. On the bases of analyzing the actual government affairs and finding out the existing problems of underdeveloped area in China, the suggestions of development of E-government in these areas are put forward.
