Research On The Responsibility Of The Japanese Ministry Of Foreign Affairs In The Implementation Of The "comfort Women" System

During the Second World War,the "comfort women" system in Japan,which was the highest diplomatic institution of the national government,went to the various military forces.It was a planned,instructed,organized national war crime.In the colony and invaded countries,hundreds of thousands of women lost dignity and personal freedom,forced to serve as sex slaves,even lost their life for this.Not only that,but Japan upgraded it into a “comfort women” system and promoted it.Until the end of the war,the “comfort women” system was still one of the important issues left behind by the war.The “comfort women”system was a violation of international law,ethics of gender and humanity,the management and supervision conducted by Japanese government and military were quite secretive.In the event of defeat and retreat,the intention to destroy a large number of relevant information documents in an attempt to erase the traces of crimes,coupled with the Japanese intention to open the wartime information literature after the war,and even more,the Japanese right-wing forces strongly deny the "comfort women" system and its government.In this paper,based on the relevant literature,and with the help of memoirs of Japanese soldiers and the testimony of national victims,the author trying to demonstrate the system was not just a commercial pattern,but a state action institutionalized by the Japanese government and military.Instead of the wartime business practices in the Japanese right-wing forces,restore the historical truth.The article body is composed of three chapters.The first chapter is the full text of bedding,with the concept and setting situation of “comfort women” system.First,the author analyzed the background?motives and masterminds to tease out the ideological roots and the implementation of the system.Secondly,the overall situation of comfort stations in China and Southeast Asia settled by Japanese government was recounted in chronological order.The second chapter is "Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs' promotion and intervention of the 'comfort women' system",mainly discussing the recruitment,ferry,supervision and management of the "comfort women" in the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and their consulates under their control.The aspect is how to secretly intervene and participate in the implementation of the “comfort women”system.The third chapter deals with the "Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the " comfort women " system-taking the Japanese consulate in Shanghai and Hankou as an example",mainly analyzing the wartime Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs with two important consulates in wartime as an example.The management of the "comfort women" system and the recruitment,dispatch and ferry of the Japanese "comfort women" in the field of warfare and the demonstration of the role and responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the implementation of the "comfort women" system.In this paper,based on the historical data,memories of Japanese soldiers and the testimony of victims,the author was trying to figure out the relevant historical facts about the implementation of the system.By analyzing the responsibility of Japanese government,the author attempted to find a way to solve this issue.
