A Study Of The Times Of Political Life Within The Party From The Perspective Of Party Adaptability

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and our party must have new and new acts." There is no doubt that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and political life within the party should also have a new look.In the new era,our party is facing "four major dangers" and "four major tests".The organizational composition and ideological situation within the party have undergone great changes.Serious political life within the party needs to solve new problems in accordance with the requirements of the party constitution and reflect the characteristics of the times.In the new situation,highlighting the characteristics of the era of political life within the party,we need to build a new theoretical framework with problems.First,we must clarify the "time connotation" of political life within the party.According to the theory of political party adaptability,the permanent vitality of a political party needs to have “external adaptation” and “internal adaptation”.Therefore,the era of strengthening the political life within the party must be adapted to the changes in the external environment and the new contradictions arising within the party.Adaptive adjustment makes the ideological concepts,organizational forms and activities of the party meet the requirements of the times.Second,we must grasp the historical experience of the "adaptation" of political life in the party.In the history of the party,the political life within the party has made many adaptive adjustments based on changes in the situation and new problems within the party.The historical experience of summing up the adaptability of political life within the party helps to strengthen the consciousness of political life within the party.Third,we must pay attention to the problem of "maladjustment" to the political life in the party in the new era and its causes.Investigating the "maladjustment" of political life in the party,I found that the political life in the party is incompatible in terms of concepts,systems,contents,and methods.The reason is mainly that many party members are not sure about the "time connotation" of the party's political life,lack of understanding of the "time characteristics" of the party's political life,and lack of innovation in the "methods and methods" of the party's political life.The imperfection of the party's internal systemhas also led to the problem of "not adapting" to the political life within the party.Fourth,we must recognize the successful practice of the new era to enhance the political life of the party.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the content of political life within the party has been continuously enriched and its achievements have been remarkable.We must conscientiously study General Secretary Xi Jinping's exposition on strengthening the political life within the party,and constantly enhance new theoretical cognition and new successful experiences.Fifth,we must boldly explore ways and means to enhance the era of political life in the party in the new era.To strengthen the era of political life in the party,we need to focus on strengthening the unity of leadership and scientific accountability;paying attention to the unity of inner-party education and comprehensive supervision;paying attention to the unity of party discipline and political ethics;paying attention to the unification of role-leading and self-cultivation.
