"Internet +" Home Care Service Research

Under the background of rapid population aging,the issue of old-age care had become an urgent and serious issue for China.Our country had basically achieved the full coverage of pension insurance and the integration of urban and rural residents' pension insurance,the basic endowment insurance for urban employees and pension insurance for institutions,however,the construction of the old-age service system was seriously lagging behind.With the rapid development of the demand for old-age services,the contradiction between supply and demand of old-age services in our country would become more serious.In the specific practice of the construction of the old-age service system,because of the uncomprehensive old-age service system,the old-age service market had low resource integration capabilities,and it was difficult to guarantee the type and quality.The maturity of Internet technology had broken the boundaries of space and time.With its powerful resource integration ability,the transformation of home-based pension services undoubtedly provided a new way to solve the pension problem.Initially,this paper summarized the contradiction between supply and demand in the current pension market,used “Social Embeddedness Theory” and “the theory of socialization of social services” to analyze the existing problems of home-based pension services in our country.At present,home-based pension service in our country was facing such problems as uneven distribution,low utilization rate and lack of pertinence in the content of pension services and so on.The combination of “Internet Plus” and home care services could integrate the resources and optimize the matching between supply and demand of the old-age services,solve the plight of the current home care services,improve the quality of home care services,enhance the socialization of home care services,and promote the content of home care services.Moreover,with the improvement of the network infrastructure,the guidance of the national macro policy and the promotion of the elderly Internet users,the Internet plus home care service became feasible in our country.This paper analyzed the operation mechanism of the Internet plus home care service mode through three aspects: intelligent pension equipment,online pension service information platform and offline service circle,and analyzed the specific service contents of Internet plus home care service based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs.It considered that the Internet plus home care service had the functions to meet the elderly's health needs,daily care needs,safety needs and spiritual needs.Sorting out the operation mode of the Internet plus home care service in our country,the three most common models were summarized.Taking the case of ‘palm service cloud platform' in Drum Tower District of Nanjing city as an example,it concluded that the current Internet plus home care service faced the problems such as poor communication of old-age information due to the lack of top-level design,inadequate development of smart old-age service equipment,and hidden dangers of information security for old-age people.The establishment of the Internet plus home care service system was a long-term systematic project.In the process of constructing the Internet plus home care service system,the synergy of the multiple pension service responsibility subjects should be fully exerted,and incorporating government,social organizations,communities,and old-age care institutions into the main body of pension service,and forming a multi-responsible subject with multi-party participation,which guided by the government,the community as the main body,the old-age service organization as the support,and the social organization as the supplement.In the construction of the operating system of the Internet plus home care service,it was necessary to form a high-efficiency operation system which took the needs of old-age people as the core,mobile intelligent device terminal as the base,pension service information platform system as the hub,relied on the offline pension service market for the aged care service.The combination of “Internet plus” and “home care service” not only offered the possibility to the basic needs of the old-age people,more importantly it provided a way to participate in social life and broaden their living space.In the near future,the elderly would enjoy a better service through the maturity of technology.
