Research On The Problem Of "Internet+Home Care Service" In Harbin

With the continuous innovation and development of modem science and technology,"Internet+" technology has become increasingly mature and is being integrated into every traditional industry.The use of this technology is playing an irreplaceable role for the whole society.At present,Harbin has entered the rapid development stage of population aging,and it is followed by a large number of growth in the demand for elderly care services,especially the traditional home-based care services,which demand growth is the most prominent.In order to alleviate this problem,we need to constantly innovate our thinking and the mode of providing for the aged.It is a bold attempt to apply "Internet+" technology to the home-based care services in Harbin.This is also an innovative old-age service mode which is in line with the development direction of home-based care service in the future.Therefore,it is imperative to study the "Internet+home-based care services" in Harbin at this stage.On the basis of studying the classic theories such as welfare pluralism,Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and long tail theory,this paper defines the relevant concepts of "Internet+home-based care service".Then research on the home care services supply and demand status and the development status of "Internet+" in home-based care services in Harbin.This paper puts forward the existing four problems of the "Internet+home-based care service" in Harbin,including the low degree of intelligence,lacking of industrial awareness,insufficient effective demand for elderly care services,and hidden dangers of network security.To analyze the reasons for each of these questions,and based on the successful experience of advanced intelligent old-age services in Switzerland,Germany and Japan,and the successful cases of"Internet+pension" in Wuzhen,Luoyang and Futian district of Shenzhen,this paper summarizes useful experience for reference.This paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions from the five aspects of government strengthening top-level design,improving platform construction,strengthening talent team construction,multi-party participation and joint assistance,and other suggestions.Through the analysis and study of the above contents,it is hoped to provide reference for the development of "Internet+home-based care services,in Harbin,and further facilitate the continuous development of the intelligent pension industry in Harbin.
