Research On The Evaluation Of Home Care Service Projects In Western Urban Communities

With the gradual development of the localization of social work in China and the continuous expansion of the service sector,the importance of social work project evaluation is particularly prominent.In the more than ten years of rapid development of social work,social work project evaluation has also gone through a process of continuous maturity and continuous improvement.However,in the process of social work project evaluation,some problems are still inevitable.It is also necessary to sum up lessons and lessons in the continuous exploration of practical work,improve the establishment of the evaluation system,enable the social work project evaluation work to maximize the effect,and promote the process of social work specialization.As an intern,the author participated in the government-sponsored home-based care service project undertaken by the C social work organization.Using interviews,observation methods and case analysis methods,the implementation and evaluation of the government's purchase of home-based social work service projects was carried out.A shallow discussion.As a participant in the home care service project,the author observes the interaction between the various parties involved in the project and fully understands the evaluation system.The article comprehensively introduces the implementation of the project,and observes the interaction between the various stakeholders from the perspective of social interaction theory.From the three stages of evaluation input and output design,process evaluation and effect evaluation,the project is briefly described.The process of assessment work carried out at different stages.Through the follow-up and participation of the home care service project,the author found that there are still some problems and deficiencies in the evaluation process of the whole project.Based on the interviews with all parties and the collection of project materials,the author discussed the establishment of evaluation criteria,the establishment of third-party evaluation teams and the cultivation of social workers'own abilities from the perspective of social workers and social organizations.It is found that the project undertaker has problems to some extent in the above aspects.This indicates that the evaluation of the home care service project needs to start from the exposed problems,and continuously optimize the evaluation work,in order to improve the evaluation system and evaluate the evaluation.The role of construction will promote the development of home care services in the western region.
