Study On The Evaluation Of Social Activities Of Community Aged Groups

At present,in Y City,the social activities concerning the spiritual and cultural life of community residents are dominated mainly by the government or the streets and communities,which is considered to be the main problem existing in the practical discussion,on the one hand,the limitation of professional resources is given on the one hand.The coverage of beneficiaries is limited and cannot benefit more income groups.On the other hand,external-led changes may not really bring about changes in the behavior of the clients.From the point of view of the action subject,the subjective initiative of the action subject itself is very important,only when the service object is truly aware of the seriousness of the problem and is willing to make changes,the behavior change will really occur.The purpose of social activities is to form a "small circle" of the elderly in their old age.This "small circle" not only forms a sense of belonging for the elderly in the community,but also encourages the elderly to pay attention to their spiritual and cultural needs.Try to solve their own needs and form self-help,but the reality is that the residents over 60 years of age in most communities do not form their own "small circle",and the effect of social activities appears to be weakened.In order to solve the problem of weakening the effect of the social activities of the elderly,Y City introduced social work participation when carrying out the social activities of the elderly,and set up the "colorful sunset" project.The project will try to solve the problem of weak effect of social activities through the intervention of social work in order to ensure the social activities of the elderly groups continue to carry out and really play a social effect to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly groups.So,what is the outcome of the social activities of the elderly groups involved in social work? This paper will try to evaluate the "colorful sunset" project in Y city from an empirical point of view,and explore whether social work is involved in the social activities of the elderly in the community.Effectively,assess the basic needs ofthe elderly,assess the degree of achievement of the goals,assess the degree of satisfaction of the elderly,assess the unanticipated problems encountered in the implementation of the project,identify coping strategies,and solve the problems.Summarize the lack of experience in the process of project development,and accumulate experience for future practical work.
