Research On The Impact Of The European Refugee Crisis And Its Governance

The refugee problem is a hot and difficult issue in the international community today.It is a comprehensive issue involving sovereign states and international organizations,domestic and international,human rights and sovereignty and other aspects.The unexpected European refugee crisis in 2015 caught European countries off guard and once again witnessed the difficulty and complexity of the refugee problem.Although European countries and the international community have made a lot of efforts to alleviate the pressure brought by the refugee crisis,the problem has not yet been solved fundamentally.The refugee problem still makes European countries feel distressed and has become a worldwide governance problem.The refugee problem has brought profound and complex impact to Europe,and has become a major obstacle to the development of European countries.Therefore,the focus of this paper is to delve into the main impacts of the European refugee crisis in the new era and its governance dilemmas.Firstly,the article starts from the origin of the European refugee crisis.By exploring the historical development of the concept of "refugee",it clarifies the difference between "refugee"and "immigrant",and discusses the classification of refugees.On this basis,it defines the relevant concepts of refugee crisis.Next,it reviews the development of the European refugee crisis from the perspective of historical research,and then elaborates the emergence process and main manifestations of the European refugee crisis in the new era.Secondly,the causes of the European refugee crisis are discussed in detail from four main aspects:the deterioration of regional environment,illegal smuggling organizations,subjective and objective factors in Europe,and American foreign intervention.Through the analysis,the remarkable characteristics of the European refugee crisis in the new period are summarized,which are different from the previous European.refugee problems.Thirdly,it focuses on the impact of the refugee crisis on European countries and international relations.The crisis has had a strong impact on political,economic and social stability and cultural values in Europe.Politically,it leads to political rightism in European countries,weakens European solidarity,generates a crisis of trust and accelerates the process of Britain's secession from Europe;economically,it increases the financial burden of European countries,hinders the positive recovery of Europe and challenges the European social welfare system;in terms of social stability,it aggravates the instability of European society,leading to prominent non-traditional security problems;and culturally,it leads to European countries.Divergence of cultural identity intensifies,which leads to the collision and conflict between the two religions.Finally,the refugee crisis also has an important impact on international relations,not only seriously damaged the international image of the European Union,but also seriously affected the relationship between Europe and the United States.The fourth chapter analyses the Governance Dilemma of European refugee crisis in the new era from three levels:the level of exporting countries,the level of European countries and the level of international cooperation.On this basis,I try to put forward some targeted suggestions to solve the crisis,hoping to be helpful to the solution of the refugee crisis.
