Research On The Informatization Of Community Governance In Shuangzha Street, Jianye District

With the rapid development of information technology in China,community governance informatization has become a more and more necessary way of community governance.The rapid development of science and technology has laid the foundation for the informatization of community governance.On June 12,2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council put forward the Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening and Perfecting the Governance of Urban and Rural Communities.Among them,community governance informationization is an important part of the development of smart Nanjing.At the same time,community governance informatization is also the common demand of the government,residents and enterprises.Taking Shuangzhai Street in Jianye District of Nanjing as an object,this paper makes an in-depth study on the practical application of community governance informatization in Shuangzhai Street.In recent years,Shuangzhai Street is oriented towards the benefit of the people and the people.Relying on the Internet+socialization+grid platform,the community governance information innovation technology of supporting the role of mobile Internet,big data and cloud computing is applied to carry out data integration,and to build information platform to achieve grassroots social governance from one-way management to multi-directional interaction,from offline to offline.Conversion from simple government supervision to more emphasis on social co-governance.However,in the process of investigation,it is also found that the informatization of community governance in Shuangzhai Street has some problems,such as insufficient market competitiveness,insufficient interaction between government and society,lack of unified informatization standards,hidden dangers of information security,low participation of residents,and insufficient expansion capacity.Through combing the above problems and analyzing the experience of developed countries,four paths to improve and optimize community governance informationization are studied:first of all,to promote the technological construction of community governance informationization.Second,to optimize the system construction of community governance informationization.Then,to increase financial investment in community governance informationization.Last but not least,to enhance the ability of community governance informationization.
