| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the development of China’s old-age care industry.Smart old-age care is the innovative development trend of the old-age care industry.Smart home-based care is an important part of it.Accelerating the development of smart home-based care for the better and faster development of China’s old-age care extraordinary.At present,China’s smart home care is facing many difficulties in the development process.For example,the shortage of compound talents,insufficient financial investment,backward operation platform,insufficient supervision,and low marketization,etc.,this series of problems has affected the wisdom of our country.development of.The government is the main force for developing smart home and pension,and should focus on improving the smart home care service system from the perspective of government support.This study adopts the research integration method to systematically comb the development of smart home care for the elderly.Through theoretical research,it defines the concepts of home pension,smart pension,smart home care,and smart home care government,and introduces multi-center governance theory.The theory of taking care of the quadrilateral and the theory of new public service provide a theoretical basis for the study of the support of the wisdom of the home-based government.Taking Q City as the research object,using interviews,questionnaires and other empirical research methods,visited 10 communities in 3 municipal districts of the city,obtained first-hand information,and sampled the status of government support for smart homes in Q city.The in-depth analysis of the Q-market wisdom home-based pension problem is due to the lack of necessary government support.On this basis,a comparative study,guided by domestic and international development experience,proposes government support measures for smart home-based care,including: improving the smart home-based pension cultivation system,improving the smart home-based pension system,and improving the smart home-based government.The supervision system,the improvement of the government-led multi-participation development model,etc.,to ensure the orderly advancement of Q-age smart home-based care,thus driving the fundamental changes in China’s social pension. |
