Research On Intelligentization Of Community Home-based Aged Care In The Construction Of Smart Fuzhou City

Under the background of the global population aging,the old-age service based on smart city is an innovative pension mode which is experiencing an active exploration stage.From a macro perspective,the intellectualization of home-based care service has to a certain extent alleviated the burden of pension and finance for the government by providing a basis for government’s resource allocation and pension structure adjustment.From a micro perspective,the mode also helps to prevent diseases from progressing,reduce costs of drugs and pressure on the shortages of pension service staff.Benefitted from the pension service,sons and daughters can pay more attention to their work without worrying about their parent’s life.Based on the theory of "people-oriented",the paper will focus on the intellectualization of old-age service and discuss old-age service on the basis of smart city.With analysis of the theoretical basis of the intellectualized model of old-age service,the paper explores the ways of social organizations to intervene in the intellectualization of old-age service so as to enhance the intellectualization of the elderly service and improve the service quality.This paper will take Fuzhou as an example to study intellectualized community home endowment service through methods such as literature research,comparative analysis,system analysis.In Fuzhou,there are four operation patterns of community pension services,including government purchase,social self-governance,mutual-support and community + social organization.By analyzing these patterns one by one,the paper thinks that Fuzhou’s community home endowment service has some flaws in aspects of its laws and regulations,data analysis technology,service standards and service content.Learning from other cities’ main methods of intellectualized endowment service at home and abroad,the paper draws an conclusion that the government should give policy support from the top design and make efforts to accelerate the reform of the government system,speed up the establishment of intellectualized service mechanism and deepen intellectualized technology application in quality of life for the aged in Fuzhou.
