| With the implementation and advance of Chinese National Cyber Development Strategy,the governance of network and state have become the inevitable choice for China in the Internet field.As the largest Chinese social networking platform in the world,Weibo offered new opportunities for the general public to participate in socialization,to disseminate and aggregate information in the Internet,and to govern the government.Therefore,exploring the cyber politics under the new media is of great significance to the development of Internet informationization and government transformation in the future of China.Political participation has always been an important issue in the study of political science and combined with the stable and democratic political system.The emergence of Government Affairs Microblog has provided new options for political participation,breaking the space-time issues under the original participation,and further improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public participation.At the same time,it also provided a platform for the government to interact with the people and promote the transformation of the government into innovative and service-oriented functions.However,it is still undeniable that the Government Affairs Microblog started relatively late and the existing mechanisms were only self-constructed by local practice.Because of the absence of top-level design,the public's appeals are difficult to respond to and cannot meet the demand for participation.The appearance of this problem is directly related to the government unclear positioning of Weibo.Therefore,in order to improve the predicament of political participation in Chinese Government Affairs Microblog platform and solve the problem of unbalanced development in all regions,China should speed up the development of network informatization,and establish the management,operation and assessment mechanism on the basis of clarifying the position of government micro-blog. |
