The Research On Perspective Of Government Micro-blog Of Citizen Participation Consciousness

There is a positive relationship between Citizen participation Consciousness and Government Micro-blog. Government Micro-blog helped the awakening and development of citizen participation Consciousness, and has certain cultivation effect to Citizen participation Consciousness. Currently our country is in the period of social transition, more and more people hope that through the government network platform to express their own attitudes, realize their own interests, the government also actively using Micro-blog response and innovate its operation mode, constantly affects the way of the citizen’s political psychology and political participation. Under the boost of Government Micro-blog, citizen participation in our country gradually mature and rational, this is not only beneficial to the realization of citizens’ orderly political participation in our country, but also provides a new direction for development of democratic politics in our country.In this paper, by analyzing the current development of our Government Micro-blog and the status quo of citizen participation in government micro-blog, pointed out that the transformation of our country citizen participation consciousness: Government Micro-blog has a positive role in promoting, citizen participation to an all-time high, our country citizen understanding of participation consciousness gradually from narrow to broad,the "media driven" features of citizen participation engage citizens in practice constantly have self awareness and self judgement ability. On the basis of analyzing the typical cases indicates that the factors affecting citizen participation level mainly comes from the citizens, government and nongovernmental organizations, the dimension of network opinion leaders, these factors interweave together makes our country citizen participation consciousness in the development has the following characteristics: 1,regional type- subjects peers- actively participated the commonality of mix;2, participate in topics of publicity;3, rational and irrational. It is not only provides a good psychological basis for citizen network participation, but also provides a new direction of democratic politics by enhance the consciousness of citizen participation.Based on the above analysis, the author carried out some thoughts on the cultivation of the consciousness of citizen participation from the perspective of government micro-blog: firstly, the government should be in line with the people, the requirement of the reality to establish the discourse system of people’s interests, inspire citizens’ desire to communicate and implement administration people’s real discourse system integration; Secondly, in view of the current missing of citizen participation in public and the loss of political apathy, pay attention to the cultivation of "publicity" of citizens, strengthening civil attention and ability to participate in social public affairs; Again according to the uncertainty of the network environment, strengthen the network of public opinion guide, attach importance to the cultivation of rational attitude of citizens; finally,according to the department functions to tailor characteristics micro-blog, and influence the citizen’s value concept and the thinking mode, in order to our citizen participation consciousness can get better development in government micro-blog.
