This article takes the extensive application of Tibetan civil customary law in dispute mediation as the research background.It applies the customary law through the development of the people's mediation system in Shigatse agricultural area,Naqu pastoral area and complex disputes in mediation practice.The research results of the series of problems such as applying the principles of the customary law,the effectiveness,the identification,the criteria for identification and the scope of adjustments are explored,and comparative research and case analysis are used to propose suggestions for improving the application of Tibetan civil customary law in the field of people's mediation in the current era.Suggestions and suggestions for the rule of law in Tibet.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly describes the background of the topic,the meaning of the topic,the Tibetan civil customs and the people's mediation system,the domestic and foreign literature review,research methods and innovations.The second chapter is the definition of the related concepts of Tibetan civil customary law and the theoretical elaboration of the people's mediation system in China.The third chapter is to explain the current situation of the application of Tibetan civil customary law in people's mediation by enumerating the cases in the investigation.The fourth chapter is to classify and summarize the problems existing in the specific application of Tibetan civil customary law in people's mediation.The fifth chapter starts from the existing problems and puts forward specific suggestions for improvement.
