Research On Community Corrections In Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province

Community correction is a kind of penalty execution mode in China.It is a non-custodial punishment for criminals who commit minor crimes and are sentenced to probation,parole,public surveillance or temporary execution outside prison,so as to achieve the purpose of criminal punishment and help criminals to return to society smoothly.In recent years,jiangsu pizhou judicial administration system has spared no effort to carry out the community correction work,which has played an extremely important role in maintaining the social stability of pizhou city.This paper studies the situation of pizhou community correction work in jiangsu province,and puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to improve the community correction work in pizhou city.It is hoped that through the practice of pizhou community correction work,the relevant theories of community correction work in China will be enriched to a certain extent through continuous summary,improvement and promotion and timely promotion.At the same time,the author found the problems in the development of community correction work in pizhou city,jiangsu province,and put forward corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures,so as to help the workers in the judicial administration system of pizhou city to better carry out community correction work,and further promote the overall level of community correction work in China.This paper combs and summarizes the relevant research both at home and abroad,and on this basis,using the theory of community correction,by the methods of documentary,social investigation,data analysis and other methods,the investigation and study of the current work of pizhou community correction,this paper expounds the pizhou judicial administrative system the present situation of the implementation of the community correction work,analyzes the existing problems: lack of community correction legal system support;Pizhou judicial administrative system system is not smooth;Insufficient community correction staff;Insufficient publicity,a shortage of volunteers and low enthusiasm for public participation.In addition,the paper puts forward some specific Suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the community correction work of pizhou city in jiangsu province,including: perfecting the legislation of community correction system,reforming and perfecting the community correction system;Establish special community correction execution team;Strengthen publicity,improve social recognition,and achieve good interaction between community correction and society.
