In recent years,the community correction as a kind of coexist with traditional imprisonment scientific punishment execution system,effectively reduce the penalty execution cost,improve the quality of the reform of prisoners,and conform to the requirements of the our country the criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy.Through more than ten years of development in China from pilot to comprehensive implementation,the criminal law concept of community correction has been recognized by the public,and the system has been gradually improved.For minors implementation of community correction,on the one hand,can avoid the damage imprisonment for minors growth,on the other hand through the way of education supervision,to arouse the conscience and dignity of the minors crime,inspire their social responsibility and consciousness,help them complete sound re-socialization,realize the value of community correction is the pursuit of goals.Therefore,in order to play the active role of juvenile delinquent community correction,it is necessary to constantly improve the system of community correction for juvenile delinquents in practice.To comply with the community correction of juvenile delinquents,and various social forces to participate in the country specific authority under correction of juvenile delinquents,help them reintegrate into society of a kind of imprisonment execution way.Juvenile delinquents have psychological and physiological particularities,so it is necessary to carry out community correction for minors.China has carried out the pilot work of community correction for juvenile delinquents.Although the development is significant,there are still many problems in practice,and there are few researches on relevant theories in China.In this paper,on the basis of combing the literature,in A city in shandong province juvenile delinquents as the research object,combines the condition of the city community correction of juvenile delinquents were analyzed,and the case of A city community correction for juvenile delinquents to case analysis,using the case analysis to analyses the effect of community correction of juvenile delinquents,and puts forward related Suggestions.This study mainly completed the following tasks:(1)The juvenile delinquents in sorting and analyzing related data of community correction,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of other scholar's study,thejuvenile community correction of the related concepts and theoretical basis and practice summary on the status quo.In combination with the specific situation of community correction of juvenile delinquents in A city,the problem of community correction of juvenile delinquents is analyzed.(2)Based on A city from the actual situation of community correction of juvenile delinquents and its working mechanism,A city community correction of juvenile delinquents are still exist many problems,investigate its reason,mainly due to the influence of traditional concepts,absence of legal system,government agencies,cooperate between imbalance,low efficiency,lack of social support,economic development restriction,community correction for ensuring adequate funding for professional talent team construction is not perfect.A city juvenile community correction should be innovative work ideas,to perfect legal system of community correction,to build fully functional juvenile community correction system,formulate scientific security system.
