Research On The Status Quo And Development Path Of Community Correction In Gaotang County, Shandong Province

In the 1960s and 1970s,a new way of executing penalty,community correction,was born in the process of reform of penalty system.It has certain positive effects in preventing and reducing criminals from committing crimes again,returning to society smoothly and promoting harmonious development of society.It has been recognized by many countries all over the world.Non-imprisonment penalty.This paper chooses Gaotang County community correction management mechanism as the research object,and explores the interaction between grass-roots community correction and public management by means of literature research and statistical analysis.Firstly,this paper integrates the related research results of community correction at home and abroad.Then it describes the concept of community correction and related theories,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Thirdly,this paper conducts an empirical study on the community correction work in Gaotang County,and obtains the first-hand information of Gaotang County through field investigation,and introduces in detail the actual situation of community correction institutions and related work in Gaotang County.This paper integrates the practical problems of community correction in Gaotang County at present,and analyses the reasons behind these problems from four perspectives:limited law enforcement authority,poor coordination among departments,low participation of community residents,weak infrastructure and team building.Finally,the author proposes to enhance the implementation of community correction,strengthen the participation of social forces in community correction,strengthen the cohesion of various departments,and strengthen infrastructure and talent team building to improve the effectiveness of community correction management in Tangxian County.This study will help to further analyze the innovation of community correction as a social management policy tool,enrich and improve the research of community correction public management,and put forward new ideas and solutions to improve the scientific,effective and applicability of policy implementation.
