Research On Legal Issues Of WTO Reform

With the change of world economic pattern,the problem of trade imbalance is becoming more and more prominent,the phenomenon of anti-globalization appears,and unilateralism and trade protectionism are obviously rising.Furthermore,the WTO system itself has some shortcomings.Part is the institutional problem that existed at the time of its establishment,and part is the problem that arises with the change of world economic power.The multilateral trading system that had been established since the Second World War without reform and keeping pace with the times could only have disastrous consequences for global economic development.China is a big trading country,and reform and opening up is our basic national policy,if the WTO organization has been stagnant Before,long in contradiction,then will be extremely disadvantageous to China's economic development.This paper analyzes the WTO crisis caused by the internal and external causes of the WTO,expounds the existing defects of the WTO,compares the claims of the two camps of developed and developing countries on WTO reform,puts forward the direction of WTO reform and China's position and countermeasures on WTO reform,so as to ensure China's position in the world economic pattern and trade security.
