The Existing Problems In The Participation Of The Participation Of Poverty Of Poverty Alleviation Of Liaoning Province Social Organzations And The Countermeasure Research

Under the new situation of targeted poverty alleviation,social organizations for poverty alleviation has become an essential part of overall national plan of poverty alleviation and development.The participation of social organizations,on the one hand,can make poverty alleviation more targeted,on the other hand,it is an important carrier of moblizing social forces across the board to participate in poverty alleviation.The full mobilization of social forces to participate in poverty alleviation work has gradually reduced the number of poor people in poor areas in Liaoning Province,and the incidence of poverty has dropped to 1 %.At present,the number of poor people in poverty-stricken areas in Liaoning Province has gradually decreased,and the incidence of poverty has dropped to 1%.However,the reasons of poverty in deep poverty areas are complex,thus it is difficult to lift them out of poverty and the demands of poverty alleviation are increasingly diverse and characterized.It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to fully mobilize social forces to participate in Liaoning's precise poverty alleviation and make it play a better role in social organization.In this paper,the writer used the literature and investigation and research methods.Through the interview to the government staff in poverty alleviation department,the staff,village cadres and villagers in impoverished areas,and staff of social organizations,in view of government,market and voluntary sectors interdependence theory,with obvious results obtained by Liaoning province social organizations in poverty alleviation of industris,public welfare,education and health the writer teased and summarized the experience and problems of social organizations in poverty alleviation program in Liaoning province.There are some problems in the social organizations themselves,such as lack of comprehensive talents with high quality,imperfect internal system and lack of working exchange and cooperation mechanism.External difficulties include inadequate policy guarantee and limited sources of funds for poverty alleviation.In view of the above problems,this paper promotes the participation of social organizations in targeted poverty alleviation from the four aspects of constructing the policy system of participating in poverty alleviation,strengthening the construction of social organizations themselves,improving the supervision mechanism,and creating the information sharing mechanism of poverty alleviation,and promotes the coordinated development of the government,market and social organizations and the joint action of poverty management in China.
