Research On The Status Of Village Democracies In My Country's Rural Governance In The New Era

Since its promulgation and implementation,the system of villager autonomy has achieved certain results.The villagers began to realize that they were the owners of the village and had the opportunity to participate in the affairs of the village.However,with the development of urbanization and modernization,the appearance of the village is also changing quietly.The rural govermance mode supported by the villagers,self-governance system has gradually become incompatible with the changing rural society and the background of The Times.The political,economic and cultural life of villagers is becoming more and more abundant,and their demands are also becoming higher and higher.In the new era,the villagers' self-govermment can no longer fully guarantee the implementation of the villagers' subject status.The new problems,such as the lack of subject consciousness of the villagers,weak legal consciousness,insufficient moral construction and other important factors affecting the realization of the subject status of the villagers,need to be solved urgently.The 19th CPC national congress proposed to build a rural govermance system combining autonomy,rule of Iaw and rule of virtue,which also provided new ideas and theoretical basis for rural governance.The improvement path should be based on autonomy,and the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue should be applied to rural governance,which is fundamentally to improve the level of rural legalization,improve villagers' subject consciousness and pay attention to moral cultivation,so as to fully protect the subject status of villagers.Rural governance is a systematic governance model,which needs to be discussed through multiple perspectives practice and multi-subjects discussion to form systematic rural governance.Under the background of the new era,this paper takes the rural governance system of autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue as the theoretical framework,and discusses the dilemma and improvement path faced by the villagers' subject status within the scope of rural governance.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The introduction introduces the background,research significance,research methods,possible innovations and a brief review of the research status.The first part expounds the connotation of autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue and the connotation of villager's subject status in rural governance.At the same time,the paper defines the subject status of villagers in content and scope,which plays a fundamental role in the following discussion.The second part mainly discusses the predicament of the villagers' subject status at the present stage,which mainly comes from the villagers' subject consciousness,action ability and system.The third part discusses the reasons for the insufficient role of villagers' subject status,mainly from the rule of law and the rule of virtue.The fourth part discusses the path to improve the villagers' subject status under the current stage,discusses how to ensure the villagers' subject status to give full play to its role through the rule of law and the rule of virtue,makes positive contributions to the construction of new countryside,and lays the foundation for the harmonious and stable development of rural society.
