Investigation On The Status Quo Of Community Archives Services

Archives record the development of human society bit by bit,is the original record of human social activities,it not only plays the role of inheriting history and culture,but also realizes its value in various social activities.As a grass-roots organization,community bears the responsibility and obligation of social grass-roots management.Community archives record the basic information of community residents and the specific contents of their practical activities.The archives not only preserve the authentic evidence,but also inherit and retain the track of community service activities.Although the work of community archives has made great progress,the service function of archives still needs to be vigorously developed in the face of how to build a harmonious socialist community.Therefore,this paper tries to find out the problems existing in the process of community archive service.From the perspective of subject and object,this paper takes the community work of Harbin city as the research object,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the service based on the service development status of each community.
