The Research On The Problem Of Care Services Of Chinese Urban Community

China’s aging population has brought accelerated development challenges for us to solvethe pension problem, the features of "the old before getting rich" and "the sudden aging"exacerbates the problem in our country to resolve the difficulty. Solve the pensionproblem, providing quality assurance services for older people in later life is the commonresponsibility of society, but also the daunting task of coming a long period of time.To solve the pension problem and provide high quality services for older peopleshould choose a pension service model in line with China’s national conditions. As arelatively new community endowment pension model, it can both ensure thecharacteristics of traditional family support services, but also provide the elderly pensionof professional services. This model has been abroad more mature in developmentcountry and some places in our country has also been promoted. Practice has proved thatthis model for solving the problem of pension has shown its unique advantages.This paper gives the effective mode of the new community care pension services atheoretical and practical research.from reality, our analysis of the urban community careservice problems are abroad to learn advanced experience on the basis of suggestions. putforward I hope this paper can provide a theoretical basis and guidance for thedevelopment of the policy related to pension and improvement.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part of the article contact two chapters. The first chapter introduces theresearch background and significance of this paper, summarize the research literature athome and abroad, clarify the ideas and methods of the article and the article pointed outthe possible innovation and inadequacies. The second chapter is to define the relevantconcepts and study the development of community-based care services theory. Throughthese concepts and theories can be drawn based on these analyzes the development ofcommunity care services in our country it is necessary and feasible.The second part includes chapters III and IV, it is the main part of this article. Thethird chapter is the empirical analysis of urban community care services, this chapter describes the current situation of urban community care services as well as a positivecase study in Jinan City, Seven Mile Hill Street Community. Based on the analysis of thestatus of community care services as well as finishing the questionnaire, I found outsome of the problems of the urban community care services and the reasons for theexistence of analysis, content that Chapter IV.The third part of the article includes Chapter V and Chapter VI.
