Research On Legal Issues Of Food Safety Traceability

At present,China’s food safety is facing a grim situation,and food safety issues have become a hot topic in our society.To ensure the safety of the people’s tongue,China has raised the implementation of food safety to the national strategic level,and plans to make food safety by 2035.The ability to manage and control security risks has reached the international advanced level.The food safety traceability system is of great significance to prevent potential hazards of food and prevent food risks,and has a significant positive role in maintaining food safety.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the food safety traceability legal system.The food safety traceability system compels food production operators to provide food information,grasp the food information collected and shared in food production and processing,determine the source of danger,and promptly recall foods with potential risks in the market;the food safety traceability system can be traced by implementing Inquire about the source information of products circulating in the market,find the person responsible for food production,and force food production operators with potential safety hazards to withdraw from food production and management;the food safety traceability system can also reduce the information gap between consumers and production operators and reduce Information asymmetry protects consumers’right to know and enhances consumers’ sense of security.China’s food safety retrospective legislation started late and developed slowly,and most of them are stipulated by the umbrella,and the operability is very low.In addition,China’s supervision of food safety tracing has been adopting a segmented supervision model for many years.Various regulatory agencies have staged legislation,which makes the legal provisions of food safety tracing not centralized,which makes it difficult to build a unified food safety tracing legal system.In view of the fact that the European Union,the United States and Japan are at the forefront of the world in the construction of food safety traceability legal systems,there are many experiences in food safety traceability that are worth learning and learning from.Therefore,this article will first analyze many existing problems in China’s current food safety traceability system,and then analyze the advanced legislative experience of the European Union,the United States and Japan,and make suggestions for improving China’s current food safety traceability laws.This article will analyze and research China’s food safety retrospective legal system through four chapters:Chapter One is the basic theory of food safety retrospective legal system.First,the relevant concepts of food safety retrospective legal system are elaborated and analyzed,and the food is analyzed.The function of the safety traceability legal system,and an analysis of its economic law value orientation,followed by a study on the necessity of improving China’s food safety traceability legal system.The second chapter is about the current status and existing problems of the legislation and system of food safety tracing in China.First,it analyzes the current legislation and system of food safety tracing in China,and then separately discusses the five existing problems of food safety tracing in China.The third chapter is about the analysis and reference of the food safety traceability legal system of representative countries or regions outside the region.It analyzes the status and characteristics of food safety traceability in three countries and regions of the European Union,the United States and Japan,and then traces it back to China’s food safety traceability.Carry out comparative research and draw on its advanced legislative experience.The fourth chapter is about the path analysis of improving the legislation and system of food safety traceability in China,and proposes specific solutions to the legal issues raised in chapter two.
