Research On The Path Of Cultural Support For Retired Cadres In Jining City, Shandong Province

As the world's largest population country,China is also facing great challenges and tests brought by the aging population in recent years.How to better protect the rights and interests of the elderly,and achieve the goal of "providing for the elderly,providing for the elderly,doing for the elderly,learning for the elderly,teaching for the elderly,and enjoying the elderly" has carried out a series of effective exploration from the central to the local,with a view to achieving "positive" Aging ".Retired cadres,as a special group of old people,are the characteristics of our party's construction,and an important part of the organization work of the Communist Party of China and the personnel work of cadres with Chinese characteristics.In addition to the common needs of the elderly,due to the particularity of their group,they have higher expectations for the elderly.They also hope to realize the life value of the elderly with the help of the platform of learning and teaching in the new era.For this group,upgrading from material pension to cultural pension is not only the internal needs of the group,but also the inevitable development of the times.It is imperative to do a good job of cultural support for retired cadres.On the basis of defining the concepts of retired cadres,cultural pension and active aging,this paper firstly points out the significance of promoting cultural pension of retired cadres from the perspective of history and current.Then,Jining City,Shandong Province,is selected as the research object to study the measures taken by the birthplace of Confucian culture in optimizing the cultural environment for retired cadres,improving the management level of cultural services for retired cadres,and improving the life happiness index of retired cadres.By using the methods of literature review,practical investigation and comparative analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and relatively mature supply mode of cultural endowment of retired cadres in Jining City.Through typical analysis,this paper combs out the bottleneck problems faced by retired cadres' cultural endowment,and then puts forward three path suggestions for the future work of retired cadres' cultural endowment,hoping to provide valuable path choices for the active aging of Chinese society.
