The Reseach Of Endowment Demands Among Retired Cadres

China is a large population.With the aging process,the number of elderly population is increasing.China's entry into the situation of "not getting rich before the old age" makes the whole society's pension pressure unprecedented.It has long been influenced by the "old" concept,in a variety of pension mode,the first choice for the elderly is family endowment.However,since the implementation of family planning policy in the 90s of last century,the population growth rate has slowed down and the family size has been reduced.This not only causes the increase of the proportion of the elderly population,but also weakens the family pension function,and the traditional pension mode is impacted.In the rapidly coming aging situation,the construction of China's pension system is far behind.In recent years,community pension and institutional pension have alleviated the pressure of pension to some extent,but due to the fact that they are still in the exploratory stage,their services and management are immature,the acceptance rate of the elderly is relatively low,and the development of the pension industry is very slow.This paper uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the needs of retired cadres from W community institutions from six aspects.First,introduce the research background,purpose and significance of this article,research methods,literature review and innovation and features.Second,defining the related concepts and conducting research and analysis under the guidance of relevant theories.Thirdly,this paper chooses the W community of XXX Street,Hefei,Anhui Province for data collection and takes the retired cadres as the research object.Design questionnaires,issue questionnaires,collect samples and collate and analyze the collected questionnaires.This article analyzes the status quo of pension for retired cadres in W communities from four aspects of economic conditions,health conditions,life care situation and leisure and entertainment situation,and summarizes the status quo and existing problems of retirement life of retired cadres in institutions.Fourthly,combining with the research on the current state of retirement cadres,we compare the retirement needs of the general elderly and summarize the special retirement needs of the retired cadres.The study found that the retired cadres of institutions have the service of high quality,specialized aged care services and daily care services in the aspect of life care.In health care,they need medical assistance and home-visit care.In the aspect of psychological comfort,the retired cadres need to expand social contacts and effective psychological comfort and care.In terms of leisure and entertainment,the retired cadres need quiet recreational activities.Fifth,first of all,analyze the reason why the demand of the retired cadres is satisfied.Secondly,the necessity of intervention in social work is demonstrated from the appearance of new pension models and the special needs of retired cadres.The professionalism and values of social work and the support of the government provide the possibility for social work to intervene in retired cadres' pension services.Finally,from the aspects of life care,health care,psychological comfort and entertainment,social work combines with the special needs of the retired cadres in institutions to explore ways to intervene in social work.Sixthly,the paper summarizes and improves the research which reflects on the shortcomings of this study.Constantly which provide reference for improving the social work involved in pension services.
