Research On The Challenge And Function Transformation Of Retired Cadres Sanatorium In Aging Age

Retired cadres sanatorium(referred to as "Cadres sanatorium ")is the country's centralized placement of retired cadres,is a unique pension service agencies in China.Its establishment has been made an indelible contribution for our cadre retirement system reform,to promote the old and frail old cadres left to recuperate,to achieve the alternation of the old and new cadres,maintaining the social harmony and stability.But with the retired cadres gradually die,the functions of the Cadres sanatorium gradually die,its historical mission will eventually end,then where will the institution go? Therefore,the Organization Department of the Central Committ required provinces and cities to actively carry out the transformation of the functions for the Cadres sanatorium,to promote the new development,scientific development.Domestic provinces and cities have a lot of exploration initiatives,access to a certain effect.This paper mainly elaborates the necessity,urgency and optimism of the Retired cadres' recuperation to the new seniors apartment,combined with national rigorous pension problems in the aging era,characteristics of new pension apartment at home and abroad,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the Retired cadres sanatorium.Taking the example of J province,through data analysis and research,this paper summarized the status and dilemma of the J province's cadres sanatoriums,depth analyzed the results and the shortcomings in the functional transformation of the exploration,meticulously discussed the problems that should be focusd on in the transformation to new apartments for the elderly,including top-level design,business model,talent allocation,financial management,and disposal of legacy issues and many more.Thus promote scientific transformation of the Retired cadres sanatorium to the new pension apartment,Seeking a new model for sustainable development.
