| The Young Pioneers of China is a mass organization for children,leading by the Communist Party of China.It is a school for children to form socialist and communist ideas and beliefs with Chinese characteristics.It is also a reserve team for building socialism and communism.The Young Pioneer Counselor is the backbone of the Young Pioneer organization and an important guide for the ideological education of young children.The quality of their work is directly related to the healthy growth of children and the process of political socialization.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and practical value to understand the actual situation of the work of the Young Pioneer Counselors,find the existing problems and deficiencies,explore the root causes and causes of the problems,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for improving the work.We used questionnaires,interviews,and other methods to do research mainly focus on three aspects of The Young Pioneers’ counselors : job cognition and attitude,work content and method,work effectiveness and sense of effectiveness.The object of research are the young pioneers’ counselors working in several primary schools in J City,Shandong Province.The results show that the young pioneers’ counselors in these primary schools work well in general,and show the following characteristics in related major variables.In terms of age variables,the Young Pioneer Counselors over the age of 30 are better in terms of job cognition and attitude;in the political appearance variable,Young Pioneer Counselors with Party status can play a role model and take the lead in job recognition and also perform better in terms of knowledge and attitude as well as work content and method;in terms of working years variables,the Young Pioneers Counselors who work longer will have a more accurate cognition of the work of the Young Pioneers;in the variables of whether or not to serve as a class teacher,the Young Pioneers will serve as head teachers It is easier for employees to achieve better work results.The problems and deficiencies in the work of the Young Pioneers ’counselors mainly include the unclear role of the Young Pioneers’ counselors,the effectiveness of the Young Pioneers ’activities to be improved,and the lack of motivation of the Young Pioneers’ counselors.These problems are mainly caused by the lack of necessary professional education for counselors,the inadequacy of school-related mechanisms,and incomplete policies.According to the goals and tasks of the YoungPioneers’ work in the new era,in view of the existing problems and deficiencies,it is recommended to improve the current situation of the Young Pioneers’ counselors’ work from the following aspects: strengthen the awareness of independent development and improve professional quality;attach importance to training work to meet the needs of counselors development;Allocate work tasks and focus on humanistic care;improve the incentive mechanism and increase enthusiasm for work;build an evaluation mechanism to stimulate work consciousness;improve related policies and implement supervision and management to escort the work of the Young Pioneer counselors. |
