The professional development of Young Pioneers Counselors is the proper meaning of reforming Young Pioneer Education and the necessary measure to promote the healthy growth of Young Pioneer Counselors.Young Pioneer Master Studio is a positive attempt and beneficial exploration of young pioneers counselors’ professional development,which has produced important practical value.Since the establishment of the first batch of master studios in China in 2014,the Young Pioneers’ Master studios have become an effective way and mode for the professional development of Young Pioneers’ Counselors.It has brought practical strength to the professional development of Young Pioneers’Counselors,and also revealed the professional consciousness sprouted by Young Pioneers’ Counselors.Compared with the vigorous momentum of master studios in the professional development of young pioneers,theoretical research on the role and limitation of young pioneers’ master studios in the professional development of young pioneers’ counselors is relatively scarce.The exploration of practice attracts the attention of research and promotes the discussion of theory.Through the analysis of the style and Prospect of the master studio,it excavates the value role of the young pioneers’ master studio in the professional development of young pioneers’ counselors,as well as the problems and dilemmas in practice and development,analyses the causes of effectiveness and limitation,and further puts forward the strategies to solve them,so as to promote the young pioneers’ studio to be in the first place.The effectiveness optimization of team counselors’ professional development.In order to deeply analyze the special organizational form of master studios,this study is based on the theory of ecological-oriented teacher professional development.The concept of ecological-oriented teacher professional development breaks through the single perspective of exploring teacher professional development only from the external system or the individual level of teachers.The realistic demand of the theory is to create a positive,equal and cooperative teaching on the one hand.Teacher culture,on the one hand,constructs the teacher professional community,realizes the teacher development model which stimulates in the culture and grows in the organization.Through combing the theory of teacher professional development with ecological orientation and positioning the young pioneer counselors’ professional development in reality,this paper chooses the famous teacher studio D in Wuhan as the research object,and explores the operating prospect of the famous teacher studio in depth.It is believed that the Young Pioneers Master Studio plays an important role in improving the autonomy of professional development,creating a cultural ecology of professional development,and meeting the resource expectation of professional development in terms of professional knowledge,professional practice and professional research.At the same time,in the development and practice of master studios,due to the lack of security mechanism,personnel composition dating,narrow boundaries of activities and other reasons,a lot of practical difficulties and original disadvantages emerged,such as material shortage,unstable membership structure,weakened radiation effect,limited development of famous teachers.Based on the clarification of the reasons and the perspective of the problems,the author tries to break through the predicament and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems:the competent department of Young Pioneers Master Studio should promulgate stable and prudent regulations as soon as possible,standardize the development of Young Pioneers Master Studio,and guarantee the needs of the Master Studio in the aspects of funds,evaluation,etc;the master of the Studio and the members of the Studio should think about the problem consciously and actively,and face the predicament from an positive perspective instead of evading the problem with the negative attitude of hard work and inaction,so as to realize the transcendence of the subject over the present situation;broaden the activity boundary of the master studio,strengthen cooperation with universities,increase the interaction between studios,promote the sharing of studio resources,and constantly enrich the form of professional development of young pioneers’ counselors.
