A Study On The Houxi Model Of Professional Construction Of Young Pioneer Counselors

Young Pioneer Counselors are a special job.They are both the organizers and advocates of the Young Pioneer activities and the bosom friends of children.The responsibility of Young Pioneer Counselors is to promote the healthy growth of children.The Young Pioneers,counselor is a more special work,is the organizer and advocate of the young pioneers activities,and is also a close friend of children and young people.With the development of the times,the specialization construction of young pioneers counselors is gradually valued which is of great significance to their research and cannot be ignored.The main subjects of study for this article are the Young Pioneers’ counselor in Houxi County.First of all,from the current situation,through the questionnaire and interview method,we know that at present,the professional construction of Young Pioneers’counselors faces external challenges such as lack of attention to professional status and lack of implementation resources.At the same time,there are some internal problems such as low motivation,vague role cognition and low professional accomplishment.Then,from the theoretical point of view,the feasibility of applying multivarnate governance theory in the professional construction of the Young Pioneers is expounded.Thirdly,under the guidance of the theory of multiple governance and the current problems,we carry out practical exploration from both the inside and outside,and obtain leadership recognition and resource support from the outside.Internally,the multi-subject participation and multi-subject interaction that encourage the Young Pioneers’ counselors to specialize in construction.Finally,the paper summarizes the foull text,analyzes the achievements and shortcomings,and for:ms experience to promote it.Through the study of case practice,the red scarf community in the central area of the river is the carrier,so as to provide a new model for the professional construction of Young Pioneers’ counselors,and try to provide some useful experience in theory and practice.
