Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Prison People's Police

As an important part of human resource management,a good incentive mechanism can fully stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of personnel,so as to give full play to their subjective initiative in work and promote the realization of organizational goals.Prison organs,like enterprise organizations,need people with full enthusiasm for work.But the prison is different from the enterprise organization.The work of the prison people's police has a certain uniqueness.The existence of many factors makes the work enthusiasm of the prison people's police low,and the effectiveness of the prison work is affected.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the incentive mechanism of the prison people's police,find out the existing problems,and put forward some targeted improvement countermeasures in combination with its reality.This paper takes R prison people's police of Shandong Province as the object to investigate the current situation of its incentive mechanism and understand the existing problems of its incentive mechanism.Through the investigation,we find that there are serious problems in the current incentive mechanism,such as the compensation and welfare incentive is not matched,the incentive policy is lack of operability,the promotion incentive is unreasonable,the effective training is lack,the cultural incentive measures are lack,etc.the existence of these problems is due to the imperfect compensation incentive system,the lack of people-oriented thinking,the imperfect performance appraisal system,the training investment In order to promote the improvement of the incentive mechanism of R prison in Shandong Province,we can improve the incentive system,establish a smooth promotion channel,increase the training and incentive for prison police,improve the salary and welfare measures,take cultural and honor incentive measures,and consolidate the scientific development concept of people-oriented.In short,the prison people's police need more enthusiasm in the process of work.In order to achieve this goal,the prison authorities need to establish a fair and reasonable incentive mechanism to ensure the systematic and comprehensive incentive mechanism.I hope this study can provide some referenceand guidance for R prison in Shandong Province.
