Lenin's Legal Education Thought Research

Lenin,as the main founder of the Soviet regime and Soviet Russia socialist construction leader,his thought of socialist rule of law education is an important part of his thought of socialist construction,which is constantly developed and enriched in the practice of organizing the Russian proletariat to carry out revolution and construction by combining Marx’s theories of rule of law with Russian national conditions.The article combines Lenin’s relevant works and some previous research results,systematically analyze and study Lenin’s theory from the following four major parts.The first part is the formation of Lenin’s rule of law education.This part will combine some realistic factors and historical backgrounds to makes a clear exposition of the formation and development of Lenin’s thought of legal education.The second part is about the main content of Lenin’s legal education thought.Lenin’s rule of law education is mainly reflected in his emphasis on constitutional education and judicial education;the rule of law education for government and state officials;attaching importance to the education of party members and cadres to take the lead in abiding by the law;attaching importance to the legal education for the broad masses of the people.The third part of the thesis expounds the historical value of Lenin’s rule of law education.In terms of theoretical values,Lenin linked the theory of rule of law of Marx and Engels to the actual national conditions of Russia,and explored the rule of law education suitable for Russia’s national conditions.Secondly,Lenin pioneered the value orientation of the people’s nature of the legal education thought and he enriched and developed Marxist legal system construction and educational theory.In terms of practical values,Lenin’s thought of legal education guided the Russian people to understand and get familiar with various laws and legal systems in a short period of time,effectively promoted the judicial justice of Russia,and effectively raised the legal consciousness of the Bolshevik Party members.It has enhanced the people’s legal awareness of knowing the law,obeying the law,and participating in the political life of the country according to law,and effectively changed the prevalence of government agencies and the blind law enforcement of government officials.The last part mainly discusses the enlightenment of Lenin’s rule of law education to the current rule of law construction in China.It mainly includes: Firstly,we must strengthen the constitutional education for the whole people.Secondly,we must strengthen national judicial education.Thirdly,we must strengthen the rule of law education for government officials.Fourthly,we must strengthen the rule of law for party members.Fifthly,we need to raise people’s awareness of the rule of law.
