Research On Legal Education In China

As the concept of the socialist country ruled by law gradually deepen, the legal sense has improved in our country, education of legal system has permeated in multi-angle every aspect of social life which played an important role in the process of construction of law. However, it cannot be ignored the fact that the building of education of legal system in our country still faces many difficulties, which has not internalized into the spirit and principles of faith into the hearts of every citizen, exteriorized into every citizen behavior in daily life. Our society has firmly enforced a policy of reform, which is confronting a serious of problems while the legal sense plays a vital rule like the pillar, all reforms are carried out around the legal sense construction, and all the results of the reform will reflect the spirit of it. Thus, the construction of the legal sense of our society is still long way to go.A document has been launched to promote the legal sense, which is an important document guiding the construction. The document states that the rule of law is the essential requirement of building a socialist country ruled by law and a fundamental guarantee of the system is to improve the rule of law, improve the rule of law is a prerequisite for governance, related to each of the people can feel the justice of the law during the proceedings, things off the well-being of the masses, related to the realization of a harmonious society of China Dream. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that the rule of law in China should focus on cultivating the concept of it, legal, and the deepening the awareness of legal education, which is vital and fundamental; Efforts should be taken in the publicity on the rule of law and education, using innovative ways to implement the spirit of the law, from easy to difficult, gradual strengthening it and build scientific and rational system of national education; in order to build a socialist legal education system, people generally need to understand and respect the law. Hearts do have faith, behaviors do have benchmark, can the legal education become part of the identity of social behavior. Construction Law education should view the rule of law as a priority project to conquer, civilizing the rule of law education into the basic education which is to start with children from childhood. Only with shaping the faith and cultivating awareness from an early age, can it bring into play in the construction of the law in the country, thus maximizing its positive role. In order to enhance the effectiveness of our citizens in current Legal Education, we should change the old concept into the passive acceptance of the statutes and regulations into the real heart of the legal belief. With constantly optimizing the external environment, the rule of law education at the same time, will also improve the level and quality of legal education; With continuing strengthen the construction, it will also innovative the use of new media, new help of technology, the rule of law publicity and education will be implemented. Expand the scope of citizen participation in politics with strengthening the political outlook of citizens, can we lay a solid foundation for building a socialist country ruled by law. The paper is divided into seven chapters, based on the cordon of Legal Education. The first chapter is ontology of the rule of law and Law Education. We describe the historical development through analyzing the concept of formation and evolution of connotation and denotation. Under the current background, we put forward the rule of law education is of great value to promote the construction of the rule of law, but also it is a necessary requirement in the rule of law education subject and object positioning. The context of second chapter is on the basis of the rule of law education. This chapter discusses the theoretical basis of legal education from the perspective of Marxist theory and the philosophy of law theory of ideological and political education, regarding the training high-quality civil, the construction of a harmonious social order, to enhance credibility of the government, the ruling party’s ability to govern enhanced requirements of the rule of law education the practical basis. The third chapter regards with educational resource, from cultural of social etiquette combination of knowing the law and moral education in ancient China, to the Western Christian tradition, which dedicate to refine and seek a path of China. The fourth chapter describes the contents and implement of the rule of law education, including four aspects, which is education, civil religion, justice procedure and law-abiding citizen responsibility education. With those efforts can we protect the basic human rights, upholding the fairness and justice of the democratic rule of law. By combining practical education law with Randall education, movable training to make the rule of law education participate in society as a whole. Training student-led education in the classroom; to integrate the principle of network education resources in society, adhere to the effectiveness of the principle in the form of education. Chapter six contends the influential factors. On the basic of summing up the achievements and experience, we conclude the origin of shortening of educational content, the rule of law teaching methods lack of innovation, without satisfactory of effectiveness is due to we are suffering the special social transition. In chapter seven, we describe the China’s legal education theory. According to current theory chapter and the latest achievements, we promote such ways to reinforce the law construction in China, which are followed: making a strong push to expand the school teaching system and the education system by the government; using the mass media and the legal knowledge to influence the communication; to establish the status of the legal system and its continuous improvement strategy is to improve education and other effects of the rule of law.
