Group Work For Female Police Officers To Relieve Occupational Stress Is Involved In Practice

Detention house is an important national administrative organ,detention house police officers are an important force to maintain the administrative organ,but also a relatively special group.Through the investigation of s women's detention center in C City,it is found that the physical and mental condition of female police officers in the detention center is obviously different from that of ordinary people,which is manifested in silence,indifference to others and difficulty in communication.According to the leaders,police officers are under great pressure in their work,which will seriously affect their work and life.How to take effective measures to relieve their psychological pressure and improve their self-regulation ability has become an important topic.Based on the theory and method of social work,this paper analyzes the occupational pressure of female police officers in s women's detention center in C City.It points out that the pressure mainly comes from the special professional nature,the current management system of the unit,family reasons and external reasons.It also intervenes in group work,and finally evaluates the effect and discusses it.The first part of this paper mainly describes the research background and significance of the project,literature review,mainstream views and research methods.The second part focuses on the analysis of the pressure faced by domestic detention house police officers.In the third part,through the working methods of the group,six group activities are designed to relieve the occupational pressure of female police officers in s women's detention center in C City.In the intervention process,the empowerment theory and empowerment theory are used to design the work plan,aiming at the pressure from different aspects,effectively relieve the occupational pressure of female police officers and improve their pressure resistance ability.Through six group activities,female police officers' occupational stress was greatly reduced,their self-esteem level was improved,their negative emotions were released,their communication ability was enhanced,their work enthusiasm,social responsibility and sense of professional achievement were also strengthened.The last part is the summary and thinking of the project.This paper puts forward that the comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary knowledge,concepts,methods and technologies can effectively alleviate and reduce the occupational pressure of service objects.
