As an important part of the functional departments of the government,civil servants not only act as Implementers of the public power of the government,but also act as service providers for the public life of the people.As society continues to develop,the government is also actively seeking ways to change its functions.People are becoming more aware of their rights protection and demanding more and more public services from government departments.Due to the particularity of the nature of the work,the complexity of the work environment,and the multiplicity of their roles,civil servants have higher requirements.Their life,work,promotion and social work pressure will directly affect the quality of service,overall performance and public image of government agencies.Therefore,it is now a serious challenge for us to seek effective ways to reduce the pressure on civil servants and to encourage them to work so as to attract and retain talents.At the individual level,the greater pressure on the work of civil servants at the grass-roots level will affect their physical and mental development.From the social level,the quality of civil servants ’working conditions will directly affect the overall performance of the government.Then it affects the ability of government organization to govern and the level of administration.Firstly,this paper defines the basic concepts such as work pressure of grass-roots civil servants and grass-roots civil servants.Then,the author combs the theoretical basis of the work pressure of the grass-roots civil servants and extracts three theoretical bases that are of guiding significance to the research.Secondly,this article uses the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to take the basic civil servants of Xundian County of Kunming as a data sample.From the basic demographic variables,six factors,such as gender,age,and marital status,were selected to analyze the difference of the work pressure of civil servants at the grassroots level,and the reasons for the pressure were analyzed in depth.Finally,through a comprehensive analysis of the various domestic and foreign theories on the study of pressure on civil servants,and combined with the analysis of the conclusions of the investigation of pressure on civil servants at the grass-roots level in Xundian County,the specific reasons for the pressure on civil servants at the grass-roots level are obtained,starting from the research conclusions of the civil servants at the grass-roots level in Xundian County.The paper puts forward some effectivecountermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively relieve the pressure of civil servants in our country. |
