Research On The Legal System For Alleviating Relative Poverty In Ethnic Areas

Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China has made remarkable achievements in its poverty alleviation work in ethnic minority areas,and the people’s production and living standards have improved significantly.With the development of poverty alleviation,the rule of law problem in the process of poverty alleviation is becoming more and more prominent and getting people’s attention.China’s targeted poverty alleviation program has come to an end,and it is expected that by 2020,the poverty-stricken population will be lifted out of poverty as scheduled.But this does not mean that poverty has been eliminated,it will be presented in different forms in different periods with the progress and development of society.In China,absolute poverty is about to become a thing of the past,while relative poverty is emerging and will exist for a long time to come.Therefore,it is an important part of China’s anti-poverty work in the future to promote the construction of a legal system to alleviate the relative poverty in ethnic minority areas and bring poverty alleviation work into the legal track.It will also provide strong guidance for China to better deal with long-term poverty.Therefore,this paper will focus on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing domestic anti-poverty legal system,as well as the study of foreign excellent anti-poverty legal system,and then explore the feasible ways to effectively deal with the relative poverty in China’s legal system construction.This paper is mainly divided into five parts to write,the first part of the relevant background and concept of the overview,the concept of poverty,absolute poverty and relative poverty discrimination,relative poverty characteristics are described,for the whole article to lay a foundation;The second part analyzes the current situation of poverty and the causes of poverty in minority areas.The third part studies the current anti-poverty system and policy in China’s minority areas and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.The fourth part compares with the anti-poverty system and policy of foreign countries and absorbs excellent experience.The fifth part puts forward the opinions and Suggestions on minority areas to cope with the relative poverty.
