Research On The Construction And Operation Of My Country's Social Psychological Service System From The Perspective Of Social Governance

After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,under the environment of rapid social change and development,there are many social contradictions,and social mentality is also moving towards diversity,which also brings certain challenges to social governance.Social mentality and social governance are closely linked.A positive social mentality is conducive to creating a good social governance environment,guiding the public to correctly and rationally analyze various social phenomena,and actively participate in social governance,so as to lay the foundation for building a social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing.Under the background of the times and the requirements of the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,how to build and operate the social psychological service system has become an important research topic.Therefore,this paper takes Jiaozhou City,Shandong Province as an example,studies the construction and operation of the social psychological service system in Jiaozhou City,and puts forward Optimization Countermeasures for the comprehensive development of the social psychological service system in China.Based on the theory of public goods,the theory of Holistic Governance and the theory of crisis management,this paper makes a field survey and questionnaire survey,analyzes the subject and object,operation mechanism and operation effect of the social psychological service system in Jiaozhou City,and divides the survey objects into citizens and staff for questionnaire study.Through the descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of spss21.0,the results show that there are some problems in the construction and operation of the social psychological service system in Jiaozhou City,such as single supply subject,lack of service personnel,and inconsistency between supply and demand.Further analysis of the causes of the problems and combined with the experience of other domestic pilot projects,the paper puts forward to clarify the positioning of the social psychological service system,strengthen policy support To improve the service level,improve the security and other optimization measures,in order to help the comprehensive development of China's social psychological service system.
