Every year,millions of college graduates across the country go to the society and move toward employment.As an important reserve of human resources in China,college graduates have become an important position for talent competition in major cities.In recent years,cities in major cities have joined the ranks of talent competition.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party has attached great importance to the work of talents.Talents are the foundation of innovation and the core element of innovation.Strengthening the building of a talent team is an important driving force for regional development.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that talents are the strategic resources for realizing national rejuvenation and winning international competition.They are used by talents in the world to build talented countries and encourage talents to lead to remote poverty.The frontier ethnic areas,the revolutionary old areas and the grassroots have flowed.Since China entered the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",the requirements for the development of quality and efficiency have been continuously improved;the promotion of economic development has formed a new pattern,which requires a large number of professionals in various industries to have a higher level of professional competence and More professionals to develop a broader development path and higher quality development space.In the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the full reserve of talents,the continuous improvement of talent quality and the healthy development of talent literacy play an extremely important role in this process.This requires local governments in underdeveloped regions to attract talents from the economically developed regions to participate in the development of the region.From the perspective of international undertakings,various countries have made actions in the field of talents.The developed countries such as the United States and Japan have continued to invest heavily in talent policies,and they have been urging China to further introduce more high-quality talents and enhance its strength.As the provincial capital of Shanxi Province,Taiyuan City plays a pivotal role in the process of resource transformation in Shanxi Province.Sufficient talent reserve is particularly important.In the process of introducing talents,we will unswervingly remove barriers to talent mobility and improve the market mechanism for talent flow.Smooth channels for talent flow,standardize the flow of talents,improve the talent mobility service system,attract new talents in the new era,and successfully achieve regional transformation.This paper takes the college graduates as the foothold and studies the Taiyuan talent introduction policy.Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper sorts out the talent policy of Taiyuan City in recent years,analyzes the introduction results from the aspects of talent introduction and financial input.Furthermore,it analyzes the graduation of colleges and universities in Zhengzhou,Changchun and Xi'an.The talent introduction policy summarizes the characteristics of talent introduction policies in these cities.In the process of comparison,it is found that the talent policies of college graduates in Taiyuan City are mainly unclear,the talent introduction policy is not scientific,and the policy propaganda mechanism is imperfect.The government has different hard powers,a large gap in the attractiveness of talents,different investment in talent introduction policies,neglect of soft power of local governments,neglect of the shaping and publicity of local charm,and the display of local good atmosphere.Aspects of the problem.Based on this,it is proposed to construct a good social environment for the introduction of talents,form a macroscopic and unique regional culture to form a microscopic and distinct corporate culture;clarify the policy objectives of the talents,clarify the different levels of demand,and flexibly apply the method of talent introduction;improve the planning of system introduction and rationally diagnose the talent situation.Establish an information database;optimize the talent introduction service system,improve service level,strengthen talent interaction and exchange;expand broad-based publicity channels,build multi-participation,multi-party cooperation propaganda mechanism,make full use of the Internet,and form improvement strategies such as publicity patterns at home and abroad.Suggest.
