Empirical Research On Information Interaction Of Civil Electronic Litigation In My Country

In recent years,the development of electronic litigation has challenged and challenged the traditional forms and systems of civil litigation in the world.The construction process of civil electronic litigation in China can be divided into the basic transformation stage of business support,the stage of information interaction function coverage and the stage of Internet integration.By analyzing the historical evolution of its development process in stages,we can determine the current stage of electronic litigation in China The current task of litigation construction is to shift from internal business support to external information interaction.According to the application mode,the current civil electronic litigation information interaction can be divided into traditional court mode and Internet court mode.According to the application stage,it can be divided into electronic filing stage,remote video court trial stage and electronic cross examination stage.Among them,through the method of empirical research,this paper finds that the application of civil electronic litigation information interaction faces many challenges to be solved in various stages,such as insufficient supply of supporting norms,destroying the stability value of procedures,and the difficulty in identifying the truth of electronic evidence,etc.,which needs to be updated from the aspects of procedures,technology,value orientation,etc.,so as to adapt to the application of civil electronic litigation information interaction in China Development.
