Information technology has been integrated into all aspects of our production and life, and the integration of modern information technology and civil litigation is getting closer and closer. With the rise of the Internet in the world at the end of the last century, many countries and regions gradually began to explore the electronic litigation system. With the establishment of intelligent courts in our country, the whole process or phased electronic degree of litigation continues to deepen.Electronic litigation system has also become the focus of research in our country in recent years.Since the official opening of Jilin Electronic Court on June 19,2015,China has successively opened Hangzhou Internet Court,Guangzhou Internet Court and Beijing Internet Court, and on the basis of the pilot project of Yuyao Court, mobile micro-courts have been implemented nationwide. The research on electronic litigation system in China started relatively late.Although the research on civil electronic litigation has been strengthened in recent years, there are still some problems, such as imperfect legislation,non-standard judicial practice, imperfect supporting facilities and so on.In view of these problems, this paper studies the current situation of civil electronic litigation in our country, and finds that the deep-seated reason that affects the development of civil electronic litigation in our country is that the lack of clear legal basis leads to non-standard judicial practice.technical problems such as the non-sharing of electronic data in various pilot areas. In the future, there is still a long way to go for the development of civil electronic litigation in China, which needs to be guided by clear legal regulations, and at the same time,it is necessary to speed up the construction of electronic supporting facilities and the development of diversified talents.
