In the era of accelerated aging and rapid development of pension industry in China,there is a shortage of home-based pension,community-based pension and institutional pension based on traditional concepts.At the same time,foreign cutting-edge pension concepts have also been introduced into China.At present,continuing care retirement community in the United States which provide CCRC services for the elderly is popular.It aims to provide the elderly with self-care,care and help to integrate the living facilities and services,so that the elderly can continue to live in the familiar environment when they change their health and self-care ability,and get the corresponding care service.Therefore,the introduction of this model provides a new channel to explore and promote the development of China's pension industry.As the sustainable care for the aged community is a new operation mode,sunsise industry has not yet formed a complete talent supply chain with rapid development,and there are only four mature entity operation formats under one brand in the whole country.Therefore,after summrizing the methods and steps of demand prediction,this paper takes the first CCRC community LJ which constructed in Tianjin as an example,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of regional location for the future development of LJ community,and then based on the description of the current situation of the business function,organizational structure and other preparatory stages of the community,combined with the development strategy of the community and the development of the standard industry,forecasts the demand for human resources under the conservative,neutral and optimistic occupancy rate of the community after operation through the stereotype analysis method and quantitative prediction method respectively.Finally,according to the prediction results,it provides targeted and operable planning suggestions to meet.the sustainable development of human resources in the community.In this paper,the research on the prediction of human resource demand of a sustainable care community is expected to provide important data support for the company leaders to grasp the trend of human resource demand after community operation,and also hope to provide reference ideas for the construction of human resources under the operation mode of CCRC in the industry,which has certain practical significance.
