Another round of Xinjiang is the party and the government to promote the leapfrogdevelopment in Xinjiang, promote integration, maintenance frontier prosperity andstability, and to defend a major strategic decision of reunification of the motherland.Among them, human resource is the key to sustaining its own development ability andthe development in Xinjiang. Scientific human resource planning is the foundation of theorganization for human resources for effective management, is also a modern humanresources management meet the development of social politics, economy and culture, realrequirement. Among them, the human resource prediction is an important content ofhuman resource planning.The government plays an important role in Xinjiang economicleap-forward development of the society. Therefore, the government human resourcedemand forecasting is not only the premise and foundation of government humanresources planning, also is the government human resources decision-making importantbasis.This article uses the literature material law, investigation method and mathematicalanalysis method, and forecasts the Urumqi municipal government human resourcesdemand in the coming years from the human resources quantity, quality and structure ofthe three dimensions. Finally, it concluded that the number of the Urumqi municipalgovernment department human resources will increase moderately, education levels willcontinue to optimize, age structure is still "LaoZhongQing" phase with the pattern of theconclusion in the next few years.
