| In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,the population of modern city is rising rapidly,and the distribution,size and density of population of modern city's community are increasing similarly.In the meantime,accompanied with the development of economics,increase of individual income,and the explosion of internet,citizen requires more and more about the quality of modern life.Therefore,the quantity and quality requirements of modern community service have reaching the highest level.Meanwhile,the human resources planning of modern city community does not satisfy these requirements.The essay,using 31 communities of Beijing Haidian Beixiaguan Street as an example,studying the current policy of human resource of community,comparing the nature of daily and emergency service work and analyzing the total and individual service,try to find out the weaknesses of current human resource policy of community.Combining with the human resource theory,the essay carry out the suitable human resource planning for the communities of Beijing Haidian Beixiaguan Street. |
