With the advent of the knowledge-based, information-based era, the rapid andtransparent dissemination of information technology and the equipment is no longer thekey to victory, in all walks of human resources is becoming a decisive factor in winning.But the reality is more concerned with funding issues and tasks, human resource issuesare often overlooked, especially in the planning problem,"human resources" not a goodpre-planning will work late the other human resource management have a significantnegative effects, leading to work hard to inspire enthusiasm, working hard to improveefficiency, will inevitably limit the progress and development of the geological surveyof the industry.In this paper, the use of modern human resource planning advanced technologiesand methods to study the geological survey of human resource planning and institutions,literature research method in the preliminary analysis, field research method digsituation and problems, the use of theory and practice in further planning analysisprocess Qualitative and quantitative analysis method of combining and we hope that ina province as an example of Geology and Mineral Exploration Bureau of GeologicalExploration and institutions to make a contribution to human resource planning. Themain contents are as follows:The first part of the article’s introduction, which describes the overall researchbackground and current status of research on human resource planning and so on.The second part describes the theoretical foundation of human resources planning,planning processes and techniques, as well as the special nature of the geological survey institutions.The third part is the main part of the article, the specific details of the specificstatus of human resource planning geological exploration units, and from theperspective of human resource planning analysis of the problem and the reason whyspecific analysis, and analysis from both internal and external angles geological surveyof the province’s human resource planning unit environment, namely internal andexternal analysis of the status quo geological exploration units, laid the foundation forfurther explained below, followed by the use of specific technical analysis method topredict the human resource needs of a provincial geological survey unit and supplysituation;Fourth combination of the above analysis, progressive layers starting eleven fromthe issue raised countermeasures, and the implementation of measures and measures tosafeguard.
